Paul Frank are well known for their colourful clothing and accessories and the range of Paul Frank characters that are printed on them. It all began back in the mid 90’s when Paul Frank was a Southern Californian art student. Paul Frank often designed and made wallets from off cuts of vinyl that featured small cartoon characters that he created. He started to give away the wallets as presents to his close friends who loved the original characters. This inspired Paul Frank to begin producing a range of accessories and clothing. At present Paul Frank is a major brand name with shops and distribution around the world. The original Julius monkey character has now been joined by a full range of Paul Frank characters including Ellie the Elephant, Aku the Crocodile and the Cosy Molars. Paul Frank industries now produce everything from Julius key rings and panties to Paul Frank pyjamas and t-shirts.
